Some key changes for the 2020 youth season
Later start date for youth competition: youth games will begin on Sat., April 6 for Reno area teams and on Sat., April 25 for Tahoe basin teams.
- Allows Mother Nature to (hopefully) get those spring snowstorms out of her system, and gives reasonable practice windows to both Reno and Tahoe teams, even in the event of weather cancellations
Youth Jamboree replaced with Scrimmage Day to be held at supersites
- Allows for team scrimmages, officials’ training, AND a preseason dress rehearsal for our supersites
Youth Season ends one week later
- Allows more breathing room in the schedule in the event of weather cancellations and/or the addition of teams

$50, plus $30 US Lacrosse Youth Player Annual Membership
(includes pinney, sticker and Warp lacrosse stick)
If you already have a stick from Fall 2018, or Spring 2019, the fee is $25
Additional Information:
Warp Youth Lacrosse Stick (included in $50 fee)
The Warp sticks require no maintenance or adjustment unlike all other available lacrosse sticks. Having a stick that is ready for play right off the shelf with no break-in or adjustment is critical to your child’s success and FUN factor.
Mouth guard (please make sure it is molded prior to first practice)
Cleats (recommended but not required)
Play will be with soft lacrosse balls
